11 - eggies on toast, a banana.
workout: 30 min elliptical, 20 treadmill, 20 bodyweight and light weight
430 - 250ml chocolate milk
at work - lots of green tea, a little spring roll
9 - yam cone, ebi sunomono, popcorn, tea. decent high munch
9 - 2 eggwhites 1yolk on toast
1130 - phat bag of mix veg, yogourt, half a cookie, strawberry.
3 - orange!
workout~ 35 mins on treadmill, 20 of which were running. 20 mins easy crossramp, 20 mins light weights
6 - some yogourt, a small chicken breast cut up into mushroom soup :3 and hot iced tea treat (i’m straight out of veg)
feels so good to be back on track. ill try t remember what i had yesterday. xx
